Controversy Erupts over Boy With A Knife

The release last week of Jean Trounstine’s BOY WITH A KNIFE was marked by controversy, and was the subject of three different articles in Sunday’s New Bedford Standard Times, which you can read here, here, and here. In addition, Jean’s book event at Porter Square Books on Tuesday was marked by protests from the family of Jason Robinson, the boy who Karter Reed killed in 1993. The protests received widespread coverage in the Boston media, including a TV spot here and here.
